These terms govern your use of ForceLab. By creating an account you accept them. If you disagree with any of them, do not use the app.
ForceLab is a strength training and nutrition tracking and analysis tool developed by Jorge Guazzini. It records what you do, measures it, and gives you readings on your progress. It is an informational tool: what to train and what to eat remains your decision.
ForceLab is not a medical device and does not practice medicine or clinical nutrition. Its analyses, ranks, calorie targets, plans, and supplementation advice are informational and are generated from the data you enter.
Consult a physician before starting a training program or changing your diet, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, take medication, or are recovering from an injury. Stop exercising and seek care if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
Lifting weights carries a risk of injury. You train at your own risk.
You need an account to use ForceLab and you must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your password safe. Tell us if you detect unauthorized access. An account is personal: do not share it.
Do not manipulate your records to falsify your Podium standing, your ranks, or a coach verification. Do not attempt to access other people's data, defeat platform controls, automate use of the app, or resell access. Do not upload illegal or offensive content, or third-party content you have no rights to.
The Podium and the ranks depend on honest data: cheating can cost you your placement or your account.
We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior toward other people. If you see a name, a photo, or a message that does not belong, report it from inside the app: on the Podium, from that person's card; in messages, by pressing and holding the message. We review every report within 24 hours and may remove the content, restrict the account, or close it. You can also block any Podium competitor from their card, and review or undo your blocks in Settings.
Your workouts, meals, measurements, notes, and photos remain yours. You grant us permission to store and process them for the sole purpose of operating the app and delivering your analyses. You can download or delete them at any time.
The ForceLab software, its exercise catalog, its copy, and its iconography belong to us and may not be reused without authorization.
ForceLab automated features produce estimates. Photo food recognition can get portions wrong; a generated routine does not know your medical history; a meal plan cannot account for allergies you did not declare. Always review the result before acting on it, and correct it: the app is built so you can edit everything it estimates.
ForceLab lets a coach access the data of people who expressly authorize it. The professional relationship, its fees, and the quality of the advice are a matter between those two people: ForceLab provides the tool, does not provide the coaching service, and is not answerable for a coach's instructions. You can cut that access at any time.
Logging training, nutrition, and progress is free and does not expire. PRO unlocks the layer that interprets your data.
Where you buy it depends on where you use ForceLab. In the iPhone and iPad app, PRO is purchased inside the app itself with the App Store purchase system, and is managed and cancelled from your device Settings; Apple processes the payment and we never see or store your card details. On the web version, payment is processed by Mercado Pago, which receives your card details directly, and it is cancelled from your Mercado Pago account or by writing to us.
Either way, the price, billing period and currency are shown before you confirm, the subscription renews automatically until you cancel, and you keep PRO access until the end of the period you already paid for. We only record that your subscription is active and until when.
If your subscription lapses we do not lose your data: the app returns to the free plan and your entire history stays there.
We work to keep ForceLab available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue features. If we withdraw something important, we will give reasonable notice and you will be able to download your data.
You can stop using ForceLab and delete your account whenever you want, from Settings or by following the instructions at https://forcelabcenter.cl/eliminar-cuenta. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly for ranking fraud or attempts to compromise the platform. Where possible, we will warn you first.
ForceLab is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, health problems, data loss, or damages arising from use of the app or from decisions made on the basis of its estimates. Nothing written here limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer that cannot be waived.
These terms are governed by the law of Chile. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Chile, without prejudice to the consumer rights guaranteed to you by the law of your country of residence.
