You can delete your ForceLab account and all its content whenever you want, or delete just some of your data without closing it. Here are the steps for each case and exactly what happens to your data.
Open ForceLab and go to Settings. Scroll to Delete account. Confirm by typing the word the screen asks for and tap Delete.
The deletion runs instantly and cannot be undone. If you want to keep your history, download it first from Settings › Download my data.
Write to soporte@forcelabcenter.cl from the same email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account".
We verify the request comes from the account holder and complete the deletion within 30 days. We confirm by email once it is done. We ask for no additional data and charge nothing for this.
Your profile and account data, including your email address.
Your entire training history: sessions, sets, personal records, and achievements.
Your entire nutrition history: meals, hydration, supplements, plans, and recipes.
Your body measurements, wellness check-ins, and photos, including your profile picture.
Your Podium standing, your ranks, and your link to a coach.
Your data disappears from our active database within 30 days and from backups within the following 90 days.
We may keep longer, and separately, only what the law requires us to retain or the minimum needed to resolve ongoing fraud or a dispute. None of it is used to profile you or shared with third parties.
You do not need to close your account to delete something specific. All of this can be removed from inside the app, whenever you want and without asking us:
Training: a single set, a whole session, an entire day, or a rest day, from your training history.
Nutrition: any logged meal, your water glasses, and the foods saved in your frequents.
Body: weight entries, body measurements, and progress photos, one by one, from Progress.
Profile and content: your profile picture, the supplements in your stack, your recipes, your routines, your meal plans, and your conversations with your coach.
What you delete this way disappears from the active database immediately, and from backups within the following 90 days. The rest of your account stays untouched.
If you would rather we did it, or you want a whole category removed at once, write to soporte@forcelabcenter.cl telling us which data you want deleted. We verify the request comes from the account holder and complete it within 30 days, free of charge.
You do not need to delete the account. From Settings › Download my data you get a file with your full history, ready to take to another tool or hand to your coach.
